Quick and easy

The dental jewellery can be bonded to any tooth, provided that the tooth is healthy.  First, we will clean the tooth thoroughly. Then the jewellery is bonded to the surface of the tooth with a liquid dental adhesive. The process is completely painless and will not damage your tooth in any way. It does not involve any drilling or other procedures.

If you would like to have your tooth jewellery removed, you will need to pay a visit to your dental hygienist. Please do not attempt to remove it yourself. The removal is just as quick and painless as putting it on. After the removal, we will give your tooth a gentle buff, which removes any marks that may have been left on the surface.

Years of pleasure

Dental jewellery that has been professionally applied by a dental hygienist can stay in place for years. However, how long your jewellery will stay on depends on your individual circumstances. To ensure maximum longevity, make sure you choose jewellery that is especially designed for this purpose. Other jewellery may not be suitable or may not be ideally shaped. Tooth jewellery should have a slightly curved finish to match the shape of the tooth. This allows it to bond well and stay in place.

Lots of designs to choose from

There is a huge variety of jewellery designs available to suit all tastes. Dental jewellery is sold by jewellers and dental clinics and it comes in a variety of materials and finishes. Often the jewellery is made of yellow or white gold and features diamonds. Less pricey options are also available. Provided that your jewellery is high-quality, it should be possible to re-attach it if it comes lose or if you want to take it off for a while.
