Our general cookie policy

We use cookies in our online services to improve the functions and user experience.

A cookie is a small text file saved by the browser on the user’s device (smartphone, tablet, computer). Cookies contain an anonymous identifier that helps us identify and calculate the browsers visiting our site. We use cookies to collect information on how and when our services are used; for example, the site from which the user accessed the service, which websites the user has browsed and when, what the user has seen and clicked, which browser they used and what their screen resolution, operating system and system version is. This information helps us develop our services.

Cookies help us collect information on how visitors use our site; for example, the time spent on each page. We use this information to analyse the necessary measures to improve the usefulness and usability of our site. We also use the information to identify content that interests users, test and optimise the site’s features and search for issues related to the site and its use. We achieve this through the use of cookies, beacons and other pieces of technology (for details, see below).

We will not use cookies to identify you. Cookies alone do not enable the identification of users. Moreover, we will not identify you through your IP address or collect any data that would directly reveal your identity unless you voluntarily send us such information. Such voluntary events of providing data include using our online booking system, filling in our feedback form or taking our survey, participating in a contest or a prize draw or sending us an e-mail message.

When you enter your information in our online booking system or log in to our PlusPalvelu service, data collected through cookies may be connected to the identified user in accordance with legislation concerning privacy protection and the privacy policy of the service.

When you use our site, the site may place cookies on your computer. By using our site, you accept the reception of such cookies. If you do not wish to receive cookies, we recommend adjusting your browser settings.

Below, we describe the cookies we are using. We do not use all these cookies all the time or on all of our sites.
